03. Pricing Questions
What do I get on the free Registry tier?
Registry provides access to the summit database — browse all 282 Munros, 214 Wainwrights, and 1,550 Marilyns. It includes a 1-month historical sync window from first sync baseline, then real-time synchronisation. Verification of historical activity data beyond 1 month requires Archive.
Can I try Archive before paying?
Yes. Archive includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Full Archive functionality is available during the trial. Accounts not subscribed after the trial revert to Registry tier and no charge is made.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your ledger data is retained. Visibility reverts to the Registry tier's 1-month window. Reinstating Archive restores full ledger access.
Is there a one-time purchase option?
No. Archive is an annual subscription. This reflects the ongoing costs of database maintenance, Strava API access, and infrastructure.
